THE GUIDING PRINCIPLES OF CH.I.S.S.. SRL

We at CH.I.S.S.. SRL we share a commitment to ensure the highest level of integrity in the conduct of business and attention to the principles of respect for society and the environment.
The integrity and ethics that each of us places in our work in fact characterize our way of working.
Therefore, working with a strong sense of integrity is crucial to maintaining our credibility and the trust of our customers, partner, employees and towards the entire community of reference of the company.
Therefore, creating an environment of transparency in the conduct of business is a top priority for all of us and in this environment we must constantly respect the principles of sustainability to ensure our business.
The Company Code of Ethics represents our commitment to operate with frankness and truthfulness in our relationships and communications, because it avoids socially unacceptable behavior and guarantees maximum protection of the environment in the exercise of our business.
We also expect that the company will be managed according to the principles set out in this Code and that everyone, from the management team to each employee, are required to respect them.
Our Code of Ethics contains rules regarding individual and category responsibilities, towards the environment as well as towards employees, clients, providers, and other interested parties.

OUR OBLIGATION TO COMPLY WITH THE COMPANY CODE OF ETHICS

Each of us is required to read and respect this Code of Ethics and to comply with the provisions of this Code and any subsequent additions.. Failure to comply could result in civil and criminal liability for the employee in question, which could also be subject to disciplinary measures.
We therefore place additional responsibility on the management that must demonstrate, through his actions, the importance of following the rules, to lead by example and to be available to employees who have ethical questions to ask or who want to report possible violations.
Exemptions from the Code may also be granted in individual cases but only in exceptional circumstances and authorized by the ownership of CH.I.S.S. SRL.
Each of us is required to report behaviors that we believe to their superior, in good faith, contrary to the law or the Company Code of Ethics. If our superior is involved in the affair, either it was unable or unwilling to handle the problem properly, we must report the case to company ownership.

RESPECT THE LAWS AND REGULATIONS IN FORCE

CH.I.S.S. SRL. respects and abides by all laws and rules applicable to its business. It is the responsibility of every employee who works for CH.I.S.S. SRL. to comply accordingly with these laws and to seek timely advice on legal compliance and other legal issues.
Due to the nature of its business, CH.I.S.S. SRL is involved in organizing and managing events in international contexts, employees engaged in operations abroad are required to know and comply with all national and foreign legislation applicable to the various cases.

TREAT EMPLOYEES WITH RESPECT AND PROTECT HUMAN RIGHTS

In order to protect human rights and promote fair employment conditions, safety in the workplace, responsible management of environmental issues and high ethical standards, our Code of Ethics must be applied in the design and supply of CH.I.S.S services. SRL.
In fact anyone who works for CH.I.S.S.. SRL. it must see its fundamental human rights respected, and not suffer any physical or psychological suffering as a result of their work. We therefore recommend that all our employees are free to peacefully and legally join associations of their choice, and who are entitled to collective bargaining when this is applicable.
Does not accept, and obviously does not pursue, child labor.
Furthermore, no employee must be discriminated against because of their race, color, sex, sexual preference, marital status, pregnancy, maternity or paternity, religion, political views, Nationality, ethnic or social origin, social status, disability, age, trade union membership, and so on. Every employee should know the basic terms and conditions of their employment.
Finally, the highest priority must always be given to the health of workers and safety in the workplace, even when this is the case, due to the nature of the services provided and temporarily exercised abroad. This applies to every aspect of working conditions, including the noise level, the temperature, ventilation, lighting, and the quality and access to toilets.
Our suppliers and their sub-suppliers are required to respect our Code of Ethics and to verify compliance.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION

The environment is important for us and for our stakeholders and therefore CH.I.S.S.. SRL strives to minimize its environmental impact. CH.I.S.S. SRL. is also committed to:

  • Improve the environmental awareness of all employees
  • Continuously improve our environmental performance
  • Comply with or exceed legal environmental requirements
  • Reduce energy consumption in the workplace
  • Reduce the waste of unjustified resources
  • Collaborate with suppliers to avoid environmental risks

Finally, employees are required to deal with environmental issues in a professional manner, but also to help CH.I.S.S. SRL to develop and exploit the opportunities of the economic sector to help create a more sustainable society.

PROTECT INFORMATION

It is the duty of all employees to protect the confidential and proprietary information of CH.I.S.S.. SRL and those of its customers and suppliers.
CH.I.S.S.. SRL have access to information owned by the company, and sometimes also to those of third parties. This information can be financial data, commercial and promotional programs, technical information, employee and customer information, and other types of information. Access, the use and disclosure of such information without authorization could damage CH.I.S.S. SRL. or the third party, therefore employees are prohibited from accessing, the use or disclosure of such information without due authorization.
If the employee is unsure whether he is authorized to do so, he is therefore required to seek clarification.

Privacy Policy

Each CH.I.S.S.. SRL and the staff who for CH.I.S.S. SRL provides service in any form and title it is required to:

  1. not to disclose to anyone information that CH.I.S.S. SRL has not made it public, save the
    (i) people who working for CH.I.S.S. SRL have access in the course of their work to the type of information in question and have good reason for having it;
    (ii) other persons authorized by CH.I.S.S. SRL to receive them;
    (iii) persons to whom such information must be transmitted according to the provisions of the duties performed.
  2. do not log in, do not duplicate, do not reproduce and do not use, neither directly nor indirectly, of company-owned information, except in the context of the tasks and work for CH.I.S.S. SRL
  3. by learning of an unlawful use or treatment of confidential information, promptly report the fact to the direct superior or to the company property;
  4. do not store CH.I.S.S information. SRL on private computers.

ACTIVITIES ,FAIRNESS AND PROFESSIONAL CARE

The company performs, among its activities, that of RESEARCH and design of innovative technologies integrated with physical sources for new application methods as a function of environmental improvement, to support the economy, growth of humanity . This is aimed at public and private subjects both in the revision of its business model of CH.I.S.S.. SRL is in the search for new markets.
For this activity he is naturally paid and the forms in which this occurs can be different and depending on the contractualization signed, if any.
- Research activity & Development including application methods in the field of sciences in Physical Chemistry , maths, integrated artificial intelligence engineering .

  • The employee has the obligation of professional updating.
  • He must constantly take care of his professional preparation ,conserving and increasing it.
  • Together with colleagues who have assumed the position or delegation in the CH.I.S.S.. SRL, he must develop a dialectical relationship with the working group expressed by the quality and management system adopted, of which he is an active part.
  • This dialectical relationship must be aimed at protecting the company work balance, cheap, assets, also to understand and stimulate the coherences between mission and statutory purposes .
  • Relations with CH.I.S.S colleagues. SRL must be marked with respect, collaboration spirit, loyalty and solidarity.
  • The employee is also required to collaborate with the utmost sense of responsibility also with other external bodies : buyers , providers, consultants or entities.
  • He also has a duty to refuse competing positions , similar even in minimal connections.
  • In any case, he will not be able to take on assignments that are exorbitant with respect to his potential and technical organizational possibilities.

ETHICAL-SOCIAL OBJECTIVE

CH.I.S.S. SRL therefore aims to be a responsible member of the economic and social reality in which it operates.
This requires all of us to be sensitive to social and environmental issues and to provide appropriate and correct answers to questions posed by interested parties, this is why it is important to behave in a socially and ethically responsible manner.
Therefore it is fundamental and essential that the image that each of us gives of CH.I.S.S.. SRL is always associated with respect for human rights, under fair and safe working conditions, and practices compatible with the environment.
