He continues his studies at the Cattolica in the medical sciences of human physiology. In 1981 he is assigned to the SRRFF service with teaching activities complementary to training. From the 1981 carries out the profession in all hospital wards, mainly dealing with patients in hospitalization, in particular resuscitation, Thoracic surgery, Neurology and General Medicine, infectious diseases , orthopedics, oncology. In 1992/3 participates on behalf of the S. Maria Hospital in the transfer to the region of the degree course in Physiotherapy with the University of Perugia. 1995 Voluntarily ceases training assignments in the health profession. 1998 asks for and obtains a part-time contract from the hospital. Founds IBHI SAS, a research company in the field of biotechnologies used in the field of infection control and biological safety. Sponsor of the MIUR research with the University and the Ministry of Scientific Research

In the period of part-time relationship he developed research interest in Organic Chemistry by carrying out important collaborations with the Department of Organic Chemistry of the Sapienza of Rome Director Prof..
